Requisitos
The HR Representative will act as a key liaison between employees and management, ensuring smooth communication, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of human resources practices.
Key Requirements:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
Solid knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism.
Experience with HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required.
